Products available in local stock may be dispatched sooner, while internationally sourced or specially ordered components may require additional time.

Autogriptec primarily serves customers in Pakistan, with international distribution capabilities including the UK.

For international orders, shipping availability and delivery arrangements will be confirmed individually based on the destination and product.

If a product arrives visibly damaged, incorrect, or different from the confirmed order, please contact our team as soon as possible with:

• Photographs of the package and product

Our team will review the matter and advise on the appropriate resolution.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Autogriptec cannot be held responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
